比亚迪宋L DM-i已于工信部陈述，新车基于P5混动专用底盘打造，除车高外均比宋L更小。宋L DM-i袭取与宋Pro DM-i雷同的龙颜式前脸，搭载第五代DM混动系统。经销商示意，新车将于7月认真登场，预测售13万元-17万元。
宋L DM-i配备大尺寸熏黑进气格栅，带有宋标志的饰板与两侧大灯组相接；车侧使用荫藏式门把手，尾部袭取结合式中国结灯组，顶部两侧延迟出尾翼，并袭取荫藏式排气。新车内饰预测袭取与宋L疏浚的盘算，配备寥寂液晶神态、悬浮式中控屏、水晶电子挡杆。
宋L DM-i搭载与秦L DM-i疏浚的能源总成买球下单平台，发动机最大功率74kW，匹配峰值功率160kW的单电机。新车搭载前麦弗逊+后四连杆吊挂，续航里程有望冲破2000km。
